What does "vendor-independent CRM consulting" mean? +
While we’re a HubSpot Partner, we always recommend the system that best fits your requirements. If Pipedrive, Salesforce, or another CRM is better suited, we’ll say so. Our business model is based on consulting and implementation, not software commissions.
Where is Plan Digital Now located? +
Our headquarters is in Alforja, Tarragona, Spain. However, work is primarily remote – we serve clients across Europe, North America, and other English-, German-, and Spanish-speaking markets.
What countries do you operate in? +
We work with companies in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Scandinavia, Spain, and Latin America. Thanks to remote work, timezones aren’t a barrier – we adapt to your working hours.

What's included in the Potential Analysis? +
The Potential Analysis is a focused 35-minute conversation where we analyze your current situation: Which processes work well, where are the bottlenecks, what are your goals? Afterward, you receive a written report with concrete recommendations and next steps. If we work together, the $499 is 100% credited toward your project.
How does CRM consulting work? +
After the Potential Analysis, if needed, we do a deep-dive analysis: We conduct stakeholder interviews, document requirements, and analyze existing processes. Then we compare relevant CRM systems based on your criteria and deliver a well-founded recommendation with roadmap, timeline, and budget estimate.
How long does a CRM implementation take? +
That depends on complexity. An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) with basic functionality can go live in 4-6 weeks. Complete implementations with data migration, integrations, and training typically take 8-14 weeks. We work iteratively so you see early results.
Do you also work remotely? +
Yes, most projects are handled completely remotely – via video conferencing, screen sharing, and remote access. This often works even better than on-site because meetings are more focused and there’s no travel time.
Do you offer on-site appointments? +
Yes, when it makes sense – such as for kickoff workshops, training larger teams, or complex stakeholder alignment. Travel and accommodation costs are billed separately based on actual expenses.
What is Sales Operations? +
Sales Operations is ongoing operational support for your sales team: We handle CRM maintenance, create reports, optimize processes, and train your team. Essentially an outsourced CRM admin and sales analyst in one – without having to hire someone.
Which CRM systems do you implement? +
We implement all common CRM systems, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and industry-specific solutions. The selection depends on your requirements – we recommend the system that fits best.
Do you also handle data migration? +
Yes, data migration is often a critical part of implementation. We extract data from your existing systems (Excel, Outlook, old CRM), clean and deduplicate it, and import it cleanly into the new system. The result: A reliable data foundation from day one.
Pricing & Costs
What does CRM consulting cost? +
Individual consulting hours cost $150 excluding tax. Most clients start with the Potential Analysis for $499, which is credited toward engagement. Consulting projects (requirements analysis, system comparison, roadmap) are individually quoted.
How much does the Potential Analysis cost? +
The Potential Analysis costs $499 one-time excluding tax. You receive a 35-minute conversation plus a written report with concrete recommendations. If we work together afterward, the full amount is credited toward your project – so you effectively pay nothing extra.
Are there monthly support packages? +
Yes, we offer three support packages: Starter (up to 10 hours/month) for $1,000, Professional (11-20 hours) for $1,800, and Enterprise (21-40 hours) for $3,200. Minimum term is 3 months, then monthly cancellable with 30 days notice.
Is the Potential Analysis credited toward follow-up engagement? +
Yes, 100%. If you start a project with us after the Potential Analysis, the full $499 is credited toward the first invoice. You’re taking no risk.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries? +
Typically within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters (for existing clients with support packages) often the same day. We automatically confirm receipt of your inquiry.
How do I book an appointment? +
Through our online booking system on the website. You’ll see available time slots and can select a suitable appointment directly. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the video conference link.
What information do you need for a quote? +
For an initial assessment: Your company size, industry, current CRM situation (none, unhappy, growing), and rough goals. For a detailed quote, we first conduct the Potential Analysis – then we have the necessary information for a precise calculation.
Is there a minimum contract term? +
For support packages, the minimum term is 3 months. Consulting and implementation projects are billed per project, with no long-term commitment. After the minimum term, support packages are cancellable monthly.
How do I cancel a support package? +
After the 3-month minimum term expires, you can cancel with 30 days notice to the end of the month. An email to us is sufficient. We ensure a clean handover and transfer all relevant documentation.

Which CRM system do you recommend? +
That depends on your requirements – there’s no “best” CRM. HubSpot is excellent for companies with a strong marketing focus. Pipedrive is ideal for sales-oriented teams who value simplicity. Salesforce offers maximum customization for complex requirements. We consult vendor-independently and recommend what fits you.
Can my existing CRM be optimized? +
In most cases, yes. Often the problem isn’t the system, but the configuration, missing processes, or lack of adoption. We analyze your situation and recommend whether optimization is enough or switching makes more sense.
Do you also integrate ERP systems? +
Yes, CRM-ERP integration is a common use case. Depending on the systems, we use native interfaces, middleware solutions (like Zapier or Make), or develop custom integrations. The goal: No double data entry, consistent information.
How secure is my data? +
We only work with established CRM vendors that meet high security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.). During implementation, we ensure proper access rights, secure passwords, and regular backups. On request, we also support creating security concepts.
Are you CCPA compliant? +
Yes, CCPA compliance is a given for us. We pay attention to US hosting options, proper data processing agreements, and privacy-compliant processes during system selection. For companies with special requirements (e.g., in healthcare/HIPAA), we also consider industry-specific regulations.
