Travel Costs:

For on-site appointments within Europe, travel and accommodation costs are billed separately based on actual expenses. Remote work has no additional costs.

How does billing work for European clients? +

We invoice in EUR for all European clients. For B2B clients within the EU, reverse charge applies where applicable. For clients outside the EU (e.g. Norway, Switzerland), VAT is handled according to local regulations. We handle invoicing transparently and professionally.

Can I switch support packages? +

Yes, after the 3-month minimum term, you can switch to a larger or smaller package monthly. Just let us know.

What does a typical CRM project cost? +

That depends on complexity. Small implementations start at €5,000, typical midmarket projects range from €10,000 to €30,000, complex projects with many integrations can cost €25,000–50,000.

Are there discounts for longer terms? +
