SafeSendNow is the connector, not the server. The value comes with your own active Pointsharp SIE server, formerly Cryptshare, and its licence. That SIE licence is not included in SafeSendNow and is billed separately. If you do not have a server yet, we help you scope it.
Encrypted, traceable, hosted in Europe
SafeSendNow runs on servers in Germany. Your Cryptshare credentials are stored encrypted, with AES-256-GCM, and are never sent to the browser. Every transfer is encrypted and traceable with a full audit trail, and active transfers can be recalled.
Secure sending supports your obligations under GDPR, NIS2, DORA and HIPAA, wherever a system creates sensitive documents that leave the house.
One subscription per connector, easy to budget
SafeSendNow costs a fixed amount per connector. No per user price, no transfer quota. The tiers follow the number of your senders, from Starter through Team and Business to Enterprise. Entry is 299 EUR or 259 GBP per month per connector, billed annually. You will find the exact tariff on your platform page.

Is SafeSendNow the same as Cryptshare?
No. SafeSendNow brings Cryptshare sending into your CRM and ERP. Cryptshare itself runs on your server.
How large can the files be?
There is no artificial limit. Only your Cryptshare server policy applies.
Where is my data processed?
On servers in Germany. Your credentials are stored encrypted and never leave the server in clear text.
